E7440 PXE boot with UEFI and SecureBoot?!

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy Windows 10 Enterprise using SCCM via PXE boot.

I can't find any way to do that with UEFI and Secure Boot enabled. No option to PXE boot at all with UEFI enabled it seems. I've updated to BIOS version A20.

I can PXE boot and deploy Windows using Legacy mode, but it's not ideal (I want Secure Boot running on the machine to prevent Bitlocker exploits!!)

Isn't it possible to PXE boot the E7440 with UEFI and Secure Boot enabled?

Regards
P-H

I'm not sure that this goes for the E7440, but on the Latitude 7480 you will need to activate the UEFI network stack, to get this to work.

On the 7480 that setting is found under System Configuration -> Integrated NIC.

It's a checkbox called "Enable UEFI Network Stack"

Thanks!

I actually found it like a minute before I got an e-mail from the Dell Community about your reply!! :)

It's the same option as on the XPS 13 9343, 9350 and 9360. Just not placed in the same category.

Hopefully this thread can help someone else in the future :)

Thanks guys this worked for me, but I can get my boot img to load. When I use legacy boot it works with no problem. Did you have to modify your boot images?
