Dear forum / Dell support guru's,
Please help. This message appear:
Error code : 2000-0142
validation : 67235.
Msg : hard drive 0 - s/n s2wzja0cb33493, short self test unsuccessful
my laptop warranty finished .

The hard drive error means that the hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced.

What model of Dell is this? The HDD has failed, time to replace it with a SSD.
