FastAccess installation problem.
When i install the FASTACCESS_FACIAL-RECOGNITIO_A28_R257644 in my Inspiron N5010, i got this message in the setup wizard "FastAccess can only be installed on systems with a previous installation" What would i do, please help?
I would like to clarify that my system has been formatted and i lost all drivers including the above mentioned which i have just downloaded from dell.com

May I know from where did ypou download Fast access facial recognition?
The version of FastAccess that you downloaded from Dell's website is an "update only" installer. Because FastAccess is not free software (it's bundled on some Dell laptops, but it is not free), the publicly available FastAccess installer that you downloaded can only be used to update an existing, valid copy of FastAccess.
Ways to obtain software from Dell:
This should allow most users to download all the software that came originally on your Dell computer.
