Generating fatal errors IS the function of SoftThinks

Just wanted to say I get the same fatal error message with SoftThinks, and then my system crashes within the next few minutes. So I turn the system back on and get the message again. If I leave the fatal error message on the screen my system doesn't seem to crash as much.

Strangely, I never saw any SoftThinks message until about a month ago, and I sure as whatever didn't install it, unless it was part of a package.

I took a look at the SoftThinks site and, in one of those moments of perfect irony, saw the message that SoftThinks PREVENTS system crashes! I'm thinking of just deleting it. If my machine doesn't work because of the deletion, it will be in essentially the same shape it's in before the deletion.
