Got error 0x4001100200001005 during recovery process Alienware 14 windows 8
Hello i was trying to factory restore my computer,
I use Alienware respawn in order to create the discs to achive this, i select the option to restore everything and now i Got error 0x4001100200001005 during recovery process.
Hope somebody can help me with this.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried restoring the system from the same recovery media before and was it successful?
Try restoring the system to the factory installed state from the recovery partition on the HDD. Please follow the instruction in the link given for the same:

Let me know if you were able to restore from the recovery partition on the HDD.

Hi
I use DELL INSPIRON. I want to recover or restore my laptop to factory restore.I am getting an error 0x4001100200001005 during recovery process. I am unable to understand what to do can any one help me to come out of this?

I having same problem as he mention. I am using dell inspiron 15 special edition 7520. I try to recovery from my rescue USB created in 2013. The error 0x4001 pop out, and currently i unable to boot into window. Hope you can suggest me some ways/step.
