I can't detect sshd by inspiron 15 7567
last week I bought Seagate firecuda 2TB after I try to connect my sshd to my laptop but can't detect sshd
if I connect my sshd by ASUS G750JM can detect no problem
How to solve this problem.
My bios is latest 1.0.0.5 something I forget number.

Hi PongpakIkaros,
Are we discussing on a external hard drive or a internal hard drive.Please tell us about what kind of connection you are using to connect it (internal).If external have you checked if the device drivers are getting installed when you connect it you can check and reply back.

internal hard drive and I'm select mode AHCI in BIOS can't detect any hdd found only ssd m.2

Please tell us what all do you see under hard drive section and the size of the drives.

So you dont see any hard drive listed under hard drive.What is the first boot device set to under boot options.
