Inspiron 1200 video application problem

I have a Dell Laptop Inspiron 1200 with the intel 915GMS 910GMC chipset. Streaming videos from Hulu are slow and choppy.

I want to use the old laptop as a Boxee box/hulu receiver  for watching TV

i can't tell if it is a RAM or graphics chipset issue. A note comes up about insufficient video RAM

Will increasing the ram from 256 to 512 mg solce the problem?

The computer delivers HD movies fine from the hard drive but doesn't work well with movies coming in from the internet
