Inspiron 15 5555 keyboard issue
The left side of my keyboard suddenly stopped working - from keys 5, t, g, b to the left side of each row. I haven't checked the f keys. I am using the on-screen keyboard, but isn't convenient since I opted out of a touchscreen. Thoughts on how to fix this?

I would suggest you to update the BIOS on the computer for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

Also, connect an external USB mouse to check if issue reoccurs.

Thanks - it worked. I looked for a missing update but couldn't find it. Thanks for pointing it out!
