Inspiron 1564 freezes and reboots automatically

I recently ordered an Inspiron 1564 (i3 processor, 4GB DDR RAM, Win 7 Home Premium) system. Since I started using it, I have found it to freeze abruptly 5-6 times and reboot for no apparent reasons. The display stops with vertical bars, system gets unresponsive, and after 2-3 minutes the system reboots.

I contacted technical support via phone if they had any solution for the issue and they were not of much help. They got me reinstall all softwares into the system but the problem persists.

Seems to be some Video Graphics issue to me. Pls help me out.

The log files indicate the following errors:

Error code returns as graphics error, most likely in the drivers. D/L drivers from nvidia instead of Dell and load theirs and see if that makes a difference.

This is a Graphics card error. You may need to get the card or the motherboard replaced from Dell.
