Yes it physically broken.

There must be a way to just order a new one i know 100% for sure its broken.

so i dont wanna call or contact or look together to repair i just need a new one.

Well, if the keyboard is physically broken, as you state, we need to know how the damage occurred and what is the extent of the damage.

If the keyboard controller has failed, then the keyboard and the motherboard need to be replaced.
