Hi i have laptop model Inspiron 3552 i bought it last month and in the first month it's working fine but on the first week of the second month i have seen i tiny dot on the screen and i asked the store where i bought it and they said it was a dead pixel does defective screen covers the warranty?
It all depends on if you purchased it with the "Standard laptop LCD panel" or the "Premium laptop LCD panel". Check your invoice for a description of the LCD panel. Then contact Dell Support for your country. Provide to them the service tag number so that they can also check the description of the LCD panel and its warranty.
