Inspiron 6400 failed targeted read test. WHD20-DKU
I ran Dell diagnostics and the targeted read test failed. I can't find this error, WHD20-DKU, mentioned in your forums. Can you enlighten me please.

You will need a new, 2.5" 7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive to replace the failed unit.

The error should be accompanied by a number such as 2000-0142, and indicates your hard drive has failed.

Looking at the hardware scan results, 'default scan failed. date/time group' then going down the list 'targeted read test, failed, WHD20-DKU' ?
