Inspiron 8600 can't turn on
My Inspiron 8600 can't turn on anymore. If I press the 'power' button the power and bluetooth indicator lights turn on and the caps lock and scroll lock lights do as well. But then after 10 seconds nothing happens.
Does anyone know how to fix this.

Reseat the memory modules - remove and reinstall. Verify that the LED on the AC adapter is ON. if it's not, replace the adapter.
Remove the battery - if it'll power up without it, replace the battery with a new one.
Failing that, the mainboard is faulty.
