Inspiron 9400 Hard Drive Swap

I just bought a new WD 320 Gb drive for my 9400.  Other info - I am doing this because I am upgrading from Vista 32 bit to 7 64 bit.  I realize this requires a clean install, which at this point I actually prefer (I'm not in any way trying to clone my dirve, just saving necessary files to external then copying them back over later).  Other than the issues with media direct (which I do not care one bit about, never used it) that I have noticed on the forums, is there anything else I should watch out for / be aware of?

I ran the Windows 7 upgrade advisor - everything I have is listed as compatible with 64 bit after a clean install, so this shouldn't be too difficult.

Also, anyone know a good link to instructions on cloning an iTunes library so I don't have to go through and redo all my genre/title/artist info?  (sorry Dell for mentioning Apple, but I promise to continue buying laptops from you :)  ).
