Inspiron WebCam Drivers and Software missing

A few days ago I bought Inspiron 1764 laptop. In many ways I am satisfied, but one thing irritates me: NO DIRVER OR ANY SOFTWARE FOR WEBCAM!

Windows 7 detected integrated Web Camera and put Microsoft driver... OK. What now? Do I download any free software for webcam from net and then it should work or what?

Any halp would be appreciated please...
