Issue with Config TDP on XPS 9350

I've got a XPS 9350 laptop, and ever since Dell released the updated Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework release 8.2.10900.330, I have been unable to configure the TDP settings in power. Previously, I was able to select Low TDP on battery, and High TDP on power. However, now all it offers is a single option: 15.0W@3.2 Ghz. Please see screenshot.

I've tried reverting to the previous version of the Intel framework, but it is still broken. I've even tried complete clean installs after nuking the partition.

It's very frustrating. Any ideas?
