Issue with my Inspiron 15z 5523, screen?

Hello, 

I have an Inspiron 15z - 5523 with touch screen, but some days ago my computer resulted damaged and now it has a scratch from the top of the screen to the inferior part of it, including the black frame that is around the screen, but anyway the image projected is perfect.

I don't know if what is broken is the screen or a type of protector that the screen maybe has.

Trying to find the part to fix it, I saw this:

But I have some questions about this,

- It´s just a bizel or it´s a bizel with an screen protection what they are selling me?, because it's not very clear on the image of the product, and researching on the internet I saw other Inspiron laptop models with a protector that was separated from the real screen.

- In the other hand, if this is the protector how I think, i don't know if it is related to the touch screen unit or not, I guess not because of the low price, but I take this opportunity to ask.
