Jacked up Screen......PLEASE HELP PLEASE PLEASE
I made the mistake of upgrading to windows 10 on my Inspiron 14Z and had to pay someone to completely remove it and install my entire system.... My screen started acting up after the upgrade and has continued after deleting 10 and going back to windows 7 Premium. It is getting worse by the hour. Until the upgrade I had never had an issue. It lasts longer each time i t happens.
I would appreciate any help fixing this. I have tried a couple of suggestions for other models but have not had any luck in resolving the issue.
I am not very computer savvy and my computer guy thinks maybe the screen is going bad. But after reading many many posts I am not sure that I think that. And I need BASIC help.

First thing to do is attach an external monitor and see if the same fault shows. If it does not, the screen is likely the problem -- if it does show the same fault, which is more likely, it's a video chip going bad (meaning a replacement mainboard will be needed).
