Laptop Docking station
Can anyone help me set up my Inspiron laptop to operate with the top closed when attached to a docking station (D3100)? When working at my desk I prefer to use two external monitors.

Issue resolved. The setting, with Windows 10, is under she power options > choose what closing the lid does >

Go into system setup (F2 at powerup) and change the lid switch behavior to "do nothing" when the lid is closed.

Thanks, but I tried this and didn't see an option for "lid behavior" or anything similar. Any other suggestions?
