Laptop Not Powering On...No lights!!

I try to power on my Inspiron E1505, but nothing happens when I push the power button.  The battery shows a full charge on its indicator lights.  I reset the battery, memory, & hard drive to no avail.  Also, when I plug the AC adaptor into the wall, the AC light comes on.  When I then plug it into the computer, the light goes out.

Please help.
