Laptop Switchable graphics missing

I have a Alienware m17x r3 with Amd hd 6990 hd graphics card.

I can't switch from the discrete AMD to the intregrated Intel card.

This is what I done

I installed the updated driver for the AMD card from the dell drivers (http://downloads.dell.com/Pages/Drivers/alienware-m17x-r3.html). This caused a problem with some textures not appearing right  and somethings appearing blurred so I uninstalled it and did a driver sweep to remove any over lapping drivers.

I then reinstalled theupdated drivers and it works correctly. 

But now the I can't switch back to the Intel intregarted card as the Catalyst control center for switching is not there are more and fn+f7 does not change them over any more.

So is there a way to re-install the Catalyst control center so I can get it back.
