Laptop can't run correctly
My dell laptop can't run correctly go to windows and I have run the ePSA and the error code is 2000-0333
validation :115672
msg:Video - user provided no input for graphics test.
I have very important documents saved in c drive. Help!!!

Hi michelleqz,
Error 2000-0333 occurs when a graphics test times out while waiting for the user to enter a response. Please run the diagnostics again and choose the appropriate option during the screen test.
If you still receive the same error please update the BIOS on the computer. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

Also, Turn off your computer and reconnect your LCD cable.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I run the diagnosis again and the error code disappeared. However another code showed up"2000-0142" validation:92358. Thanks

Hi michelleqz,
2000-0142 error indicates the hard drive is faulty you would need to replace the hard drive on the system. Please backup the data from the system if it’s booting up.
