Laptop freezes/stutters when playing videos in any resolution
Laptop: Dell Latitude E4300
OS: Microsoft Vista Business 64 bit
RAM: 4GB
I have just recently got this laptop and it has happened since the first day. While browsing on youtube or playing any video in general, the laptop will freeze for about 15 seconds, while the audio repeatedly stutters. Am I missing any drivers?

Hi,
To resolve this issue I would suggest you to try these troubleshooting steps.
If the issue is seen only while watching videos on youtube then right click on the youtube screen while playing any video.Then go to settings as small pop up box which says adobe flash player settings will appear on screen.Un-select the check box so that you can disable hardware acceleration.
If the issue is seen while playing any video files then would recommend to uninstall and reinstall the updated video ,audio drivers also update system BIOS.
