Laptop freezes while online streaming and online gaming

Hello!

For a few months I've started to have this problem. I'm playing an online game or streaming and everything stops for a few seconds and then it resumes. It happens every 1-2 minutes and sometimes 5 times per minute.

It's not from the internet connection because it used to work properly until a few months ago and my room mate has no problem with it and we've tested the same links and same games under the same conditions.

It's a hardware problem and I don't know witch part or why. While playing offline games there is no problem. It's not from the heating either because while streaming, it's not hot.
