Laptop updates detection
Is the Dell update program to be trusted? It says a wifi driver update is available and the description does not match my laptop model or Intel wifi adapter.

You may need to include the specific model for your system (XPS XX XXXX) and the driver version you are seeing.
I have seen systems which are offered the same update over and over again but have not noticed the incorrect version being offered. When you check the download site you may want to look at drivers available when shown both with using your Service Tag and without the Service Tag.
Do not show your Service Tag in the forum.

Thanks. I did check for that driver in other places and I don't have a new driver available. I usually
only update drivers for wifi and video from the manufacturer. Since this is my first Dell product, I thought I would ask questions before doing anything.
