Lat E5530 Wifi issues

Hi,

Our problem is this... we have a bunch of Latitude E5530 laptops. We are having issues with the wifi only starting up after Windows 7 has booted causing all kinds of problems on the AD side when it comes to mapping of network drives and stuff. Also if we log out and try log in as admin on the machine we can't because "no login servers can be found". Why does the wifi connection only start up after booting into windows? And is there a way to ensure that the wifi is on before booting into windows? When an ethernet cable is plugged in we have no issues with logins, GPO scripts and mapped drives
