Latitude C640 Motherboard
I replaced 4 system boards in this laptop, and now this one also went bad.
The system will not boot at all, The 3 LED's stay on for about 6 seconds and the system shuts down.
Did anyone else come accross this issue?

Seen this many times. The Ram sockets are poorly designed on the C640.
My solution was to get rid of all my "C" series 640's and move up to newer Dells.
If you place foam rubber on the door for the ram to press the sockets a bit it helps but only for a short while
then its dead again.
