Latitude E6420 BIOS locked
Is there a simple way to override my BIOS password? I bought this laptop second hand from a pawnshop...almost new, but with an unknown assigned BIOS password. Should I return it, or can the BIOS password be flashed and/or reset?

Hi WAKEYJAKIE,
Please type the BIOS password two or three times incorrectly, it will give you an error code. Once you provide me that error code I can help you in resetting the BIOS password.
Also provide me your first and last name, phone number, complete shipping address and email address.
