Lattitude 6440 Internal Microphone no longer available, cannot find where to re-enable
In trying to resolve an external headset issue, our tech unfortunately disabled the built in microphone. I cannot figure out where to re-enable it. When I go to Control Panel, Dell Sound and click on the microphone tab there is no longer an option for the internal microphone. Went to device manager and cannot find it there either. Please help as conference call not real good when they cannot hear me :)

Hi,
Did you check in recording devices and set microphone as default.

Under Control Panel -> Sounds? There was no device available to set. Next step is to find the default realtec driver and delete the old and reinstall.
