Lightest?? Power Adapter for Dell Studio 17 (european 2 pin)

Hello fellow members..

I hope there is someone out there who maybe able to help..re advice on best lightweight replacement Power adaptor for my Dell studi 17?

i have being doing a lot of surfing on this one but am still unsure..the current adaptor cable  from Dell weighs in at approx: 470 Grammes,with all cables attached...

just wondered if maybe the TARGUS or KENSINGTON adaptors were lighter and suitable/?

Final Question if i may? I am also looking for a quality data transfer cable = LAPTOP TO LAPTOP..&= LAPTOP TO P.C. E.T.C. all help very much appreciated
