Lot of BSODs on Dell XPS 15 9550 with bugcheck 0x00000154
I have a Dell XPS 15 9550 with 512GB SSD (PM951 NVMe SAMSUNG 512GB) and I caught a lot of BSODs with bugcheck 0x00000154. WinDbg shows that BSODs were (probably) caused by hardware_disk. I have installed Samsung Magician to get the latest firmware but it does not support that disk. I have asked Samsung support for new firmware but they said that they could not provide it to me.
Check disk does not detect issues with the filesystem. All drivers update were installed.
So, the question is it a known issue? Is there any new firmware for PM951 NVMe SAMSUNG 512GB?

The system has a newer Bios update, are you holding off with it?
You show McAfee Updater still running, is McAfee running otherwise?
VBox involved? There are some comments about problems with memory compression.
I don't see any NVMe drivers so you are running the PM951 in SATA mode? I don't think the Samsung Magician software will install for that configuration.
IO_ERROR: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000000e - A device which does not exist was specified.
Just included this line in case it might help.

I have the latest BIOS version: 1.2.25. I haven't McAfee. I have VBox but it was not running during latest BSODs.
SATA operation: RAID on.

I noticed that BSODs often appears after closing laptop (during moving to sleep mode).

The McAfee reference may be incorrect since it could be an Intel driver.
The VBox interaction will have to be up to you since I have never used it.
The rest regarding Memory compression error and how it might relate to the NTStatus and device not present doesn't mean much to me.
Your drive is running in SATA mode since that controller is set to RAID but since most Dell systems are configured this way it should not be a problem.
If you get a chance you may want to go into the SystemPropertiesAdvanced and use the Startup and Recovery Settings button to set your dump files for the Small Memory Dump. Enter the location in a Run box to take you there. The 1.4 GB memory dump file is very large.
