Motherboard upgrade
My laptop is the Dell Latitude E6510 with board number 02K3Y4 (no nvidia gpu)
My processor is the intel i7 620m
My question is,
1. Can I replace the board with board number CN-0HMKY7 (same laptop but the version with a nvidia gpu)
1.a if not is there any board with nvidia gpu that will swap out?
2. and am I able to use the same processor

You'll also need to replace the heatsink assembly (the unit from an Intel GPU system won't fit the nVidia board).

The CPU will transfer. If you have a 90W or lower power adapter, you'll need a 130W or better unit to run an i7 with a discrete GPU as well.
