My Latitude E6320 restarts after hibernation
I have a Latitude E6320, running Windows 7 SP 1 (64-bit). I have all the required and recommended patches installed. I generally use my laptop on a part-replicator. Recently, my laptop has been restarting when I hibernate my computer using either the on/off switch or the start button on the task bar.
Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know of any solutions?
Thanks!

Hi egaull,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS and Video card driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS from BIOS section and Video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.

Please let me know if this helps.

Ravi --
The service tage number on the bottom of my machine is worn, and the number is no longer readable. Is there a place that I can find this number (perhaps it is stored on the machine somewhere)?
Thanks,

Nevermind. I see that the Dell System Detect provides that information.
