Need New Operating System

I purchased my computer from Dell but I've lost the reinstall disks.  I've tried to call Dell to get them sent to me (by mail or via download) but I just end up getting put on hold/transferred for an very annoying amount of time.  Does anyone know a faster way to do this or am I just stuck waiting on hold?

thanks

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dellcare/en/backupcd_form?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs  .

Fill out the form and submit it you should recieve the replacement disks in about 4-5 days USPS.If your system is out of warranty you will have to pay for them,if you are still under warranty they are free the first time for replacement.Since you have not got anywhere with dell on this yet, i am assuming your system is out of warranty? This might be why it's taking so long for you to get thru to anyone, out of warranty usually costs to get help.
