Need To Reinstall OS on XPS12
System failed and OS won't start, so need to try reinstalling OS, how do I do that, I can't even get to a command prompt!

Hello and good morning
If you manually shut down then reboot and immediately start tapping the F12 key which will allow you to boot to either the HDD or arrow down to DVD or CD.
What OS do you have? Do you have the DVD for installing a "Fresh/Clean install."
