Poor tech support/waste of time
Called tech support and after they figured after a half hour it was hard ware sent me to another telephone number. Half hour later having me do the samething with same result said it was the board and tech would come out and replace. Got call that that they would come out today and would call to give me time frame. Have now killed most of morning waiting for call. Calls to tech servicing get one useless option. My guess is I will spend day waiting, no one will come then call and they will be surprised response that no one will come. Computer is under warrenty.
Customer service is non existent or bad joke.

Called tech suppport when computer would not restart or start after being shut down. After first call sent to second phone number. Both unsuccessful. Told a tech would come out and make repair. Got automated call on Monday that tech would be out on Tuedsday and they would call that morning to give me time frame. No call on tuesday. Made call to scheduler and told the part was expected that (tuesday) evening and tech would be out on Wednsday. I wasted a morning waiting. Not to much to expect a computer company to know they can not make repair with out part and to call when knew that, to change appoinment date.

I am sorry this happened to you. Sometimes part delays are unavoidable. If you face any discrepancy with the service please let me know, I would be glad to take this up.
