Problems with Latitude E6540

I bought a Latitude E6540 a few months ago, because I needed replacement for my E6530. I have a few problems with it.

I switched out the internal 500GB hdd with a Samsung 840 EVO 1TB. But the system is soooo slow while booting. The system of a friend of mine, new Lenovo, same CPU, is booting within seconds, I have to wait about a minute.

The fan is constantly spinning up and down, even if the system is doing nothing much.

The analog audio output out from the Docking station is much worse than with the 6530, frequently crackling and hissing.

the dvd-burner tray will not close, when the laptop is flat on the table, sitting in the docking station, everything works fine.

The build quality has taken a turn for worse, just between two minor model changes, but hey, if this is the direction, Dell wants to go, thank you, without me/us.
