Question about RAM
So basically right now i have 4GB of RAM. The problem is that one of the RAM slots are broken which means i can only have on RAM module. So my question is: Is it possible for me to replace the 4GB RAM module with a 8GB one. The 4GB just isnt enough to play games with decent fps. My laptop is Dell Inspiron r17 N7110 and my motherboard is Dell Inc. 04YRJH.

Hmm thats a huge shame, because i dont have any plans of getting a new pc anytime soon anyway.

According to both Dell and Crucial, max is 2x4 G = 8 total Gbytes -- 8 G modules aren't supported.
