Regarding Windows Mobility Center on Dell Inspiron 15R laptop and Dell Applications

I recently formatted my Dell Inspiron 15R laptop and re-installed a clean copy of Windows 7, but I lost all the customization done by Dell. Before installation, my Windows Mobility Center used to look like this

After a fresh Windows 7 install, I lost all those tile buttons customized by Dell.

Now it looks like this

How can I add Bluetooth and other options to my Mobility Center? Also, I didn't install Dell Support Center, Dell System Software, OS Tools, Turbo Boost Technology Monitor software And QuickSet applications. Are they really important?

Thanks and Regards,

CC

Install Dell System Software for an update to the OS.  It has nothing to do with your issue at hand though.

Install Dell QuickSet to get some of the functionality back.
