Replacement laptop? Help

I have a question how long does a replacement laptop takes to arrive? I recently bought a dell laptop from your website, its a dell inspiron 15 500, and after 3 days of its arrival I couldn't turn it on. First day of use I noticed the power bottom wasn't responding most of the time. So I called costumer support and they agree to send me a replacement warranty part, ( I hope its not a refurbished one as I paid full price) its been 5 days and I haven't receive any update on this, the tracking number or something that will keep me unconcerned.

The replacement system usually takes 10-15 business days if the region is US and Canada. We can definitely look into this and help you.
