I just received the message that there the ST Micro Screen Detection Sensor was not compatible with Windows 7. What needs to be done? Thanks,

Hi GentleJohn,
It seems to be an issue with a corrupted driver. Try downloading the ST Microelectronic Driver from the following link: http://dell.to/10FsCl1
Follow the onscreen instructions to install the drivers. Please reboot the system and check.
Please share the findings.

I have a dell XPS L702 laptop. I received a message that my ST Micro screen Detection Sensor was not compatible with windows 7. What does that mean and what should I do about it?
