Samsung SSD - No bootable device

I installed a Samsung EVO 850 SDD in my Dell 7548 laptop.  When booting I always get the error "No bootable devices".  However, if I go into the setup utility, the Samsung SSD is listed every time.

If I click F12 during the boot process the SSD will occasionally be listed.  If I select it the computer boots and the SSD works great.  This is the only way I have been able to boot the SSD.

I have tried changing BIOS settings and have also rest them to factory defaults.  Nothing has helped.

I have BIOS version A07.

Hi msr2,

Kindly run the diagnostics by tapping F12 during startup and let me know the results

Also if possible try this SSD into a different system and check if you are getting the same error

Please click my DELL-username and write me a private message with the service tag and your Name for case records.
