Service Tag is not recognized (Laptop Inspiron 5000 series)

I bought an Inspirion laptop at Best Buy in July 17th, and I'm trying to download its recovery image at Support page, but the Dell Support is not recognizing the service tag of my laptop.

What do I need to do? (I already registered the product at "Retail Registration").

Please, someone could help me on this matter?

Did you register the system with Dell?

Please open www.support.dell.com & click on detect product & check if that works.



Please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address. We will look into this for you.
