Solve this problem!
This week I have had problems with an error ielowutil.exe. (0xc0000142). What is the sokution?
Do I scrub the hard drive and reload?
Help please.

Life's been much easier since I started restoring PC to a system image instead of chasing down errors one by one. There are exceptions of course. I might do a quick google before making decision. Where there is one error maybe another is soon to follow. Dell Backup and Restore Manager works good for me, Much quicker and simpler than a manual OS install.
