Static Electricity discharge on dell inspiron 15r SE
When I touch the metallic part of the body on my dell laptop I can feel tingling electricity leakage. I use Surge Pro all the time and In all the sockets in my home it happens but there is one socket in my home and when i plug the laptop onto that socket then I dont feel any discharge.
What is the problem.

We regret the inconvenience caused, it might be the issue with the wall sockets as the grounding is not setup properly as you were able to connect and use the computer fine on one of the wall socket. Please try connecting your laptop at some other place like a friend’s house or office maybe to check the grounding and static. Also please consult an electrician to check the grounding for your house especially for the wall sockets which are causing problems.
