Strange Quickset Menu...

I just downloaded the latest Quickset for the Inspiron 6000 (Version 7.1.10), and now I can no longer find the option to disable the on screen meters as documented from the help files. When I right click the quickset icon, I can only see the following:

Open
-------
Help
About
Exit

When I double click the icon, a gui pops up with only these following options:

Internal Network Card
Power Management
Battery Meter
Power Management Wizard
HotKeys
Display Settings
System Information

I can't find the "Disable Volume/Brightness Meter" option anywhere! None of the help files actually represent what the program shows on the screen. I have tried reinstalling but nothing changes. Please help :(
