Ticking laptop
Hello
My Inspiron 15 sounds like a a ticking time bomb. The sound accelerated over time...it gets very hot. My mouse keeps jumping around. While typing I must keep looking up to see that I my curser is in place. This computer was purchased in November and I am not a satisified customer.
Any suggestions out there?

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. Start by running a diagnostics on your computer. Press the F8 key at the Dell Logo on startup, select diagnostics, and run an extended diagnostics on your computer. Post back with any error codes.
If you get an error code, click on my user name, add me as a friend, and send me your service tag, phone number, and address.

Hi Royan,
Did as you suggested...ran full diagnostics...no error code. Ticking continues...could it be the fan?
