USB driver
After reformating my hard-drive, I've had lots of trouble with drivers as many don't seem to be on the CD and the CD doesn't have the same directories as those described on-line with Dell. Windows recognizes that I have a USB connection when I plug in my scanner but cannot find a driver. Can anyone tell me where to get a driver for this in-built USB (1.1, I think)?

first, go to windowsupdate and check that you have all of the patches installed.
Second, what version of windows and what model is your scanner?
