USB on Venue 8 Pro disabled
Unable to install driver for USB controller. Discovered that disabling, then enabling USB support in the bios fixed the problem.. Problem reappeared when I updated bios to latest version.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
Kindly uninstall the USB Driver and the Route hubs from the device manager and the update the drivers to check if it is working.You can also try to check if the USB is working in Safe mode with Networking.
If you also send the screen shot of the Device Manager once the Drivers are updated that would help .
If these Steps don't work kindly Private Message the Service tag and the Operating system for further help.
