USB3 problem

Hi,

I got my new Dell Inspiron n5110 laptop with 2 USB 3 port and 1 with USB2 port. Neither my data card (i.e BSNL EVDO card (india)) is working nor USB installer for Ubuntu is working(not bootin successfully) on those port and I am left with single USB 2.0 port. Right now only USB mouse is working on USB 3. I need both working together.

If you have any solution regarding this then please reply asap.
